This amazing Coffee Cake & Muffin Kit not only makes scrumptious traditional coffee cake, but will also make muffins any way you like them! Add blueberries, pumpkin, wheat bran, or anything else you can dream up, and you will have 12 delicious muffins on your hands.

This kit includes 8 individually packaged ingredients, including all the fixings (except 2 Tablespoons of Butter) for the streusel topping! The kit contains:

• Organic All Purpose Unbleached Flour
• Organic Cane Sugar (2 packets - 1 for the cake/muffins, another for the streusel topping)
• Organic Brown Sugar
• Organic Cinnamon
• Organic Vanilla Powder
• All-Natural Sea Salt
• Baking Powder

What you will need to make this kit:

• 4 Tablespoons UNSALTED Butter
• 1 Large Egg
• 1/2 Cup Milk
• 2 Tablespoons UNSALTED Butter for Streusel Topping

Makes 12 servings / 12 large muffins.

Try adding any of the following to the mix: 1 cup (fresh or frozen) blueberries, raspberries, mashed bananas, diced apples; 1/2 - 1 cup pumpkin puree (replaces milk, do not add milk); 1/2 cup nuts, raisins, cranberries, chocolate chips; 1-2 TBSP poppy seeds; 1 cup wheat bran.

Try adding 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup Pecans or Walnuts to the streusel topping.
