TIPS + SUGGESTIONS High altitude cooking: you may want to increase the oven temperature. Using oil: replace the butter with 4 or 6 tablespoons of oil. For a low-fat version: replace the butter with 3-5 tablespoons of applesauce. Vegetarian: replace the butter with 4 tablespoons of canola or vegetable oil, replace the egg with egg replacer, and the cream cheese with a dairy-free option.
