It will only take baking these cookies once before the perfectly balanced sweet and chocolatey cookies are a new family tradition. All ingredients are labeled, numbered, and color coded by step, and comes with fun, easy to follow instructions.

1 large egg
1/3 cup unsalted butter
Medium bowl + spoon or fork

4 | Enriched, Unbleached Flour
5 | Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
TIPS + SUGGESTIONS
Try adding: walnuts, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, pecans, toffee bits, or rolled oats.
Microwave cooking: cook on high for 30 to 50 seconds in a microwave safe dish.
High altitude cooking: you may want to increase the oven temperature.
Using oil: replace the butter with 1/3 cup of oil of your choice.
Low-fat version: replace the butter with 5 tablespoons of applesauce.
Vegetarian and Vegan: replace the butter with 1/3 cup of canola or vegetable oil, and replace the egg with egg replacer or mix 2 tablespoons flax with 3 tablespoons warm water and let sit for 10 minutes.
