What you will need to make this kit:
- 6 Tablespoons Oil or Butter
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/4 Cup HOT Water
- 1/3 Cup Milk
Frosting:
- 8 Tablespoons unsalted SOFTENED Butter
- 1 to 1 1/2 Tablespoon Milk
